Ways to Make Your Girlfriend Feel Special

Every guy who is in a relationship should want to make their partner feel special and loved. Most guys however are confused when it comes to making their girlfriend feel loved. In fact women are probably the biggest example of a subject that confuses men across the ages. This hub will not be a once and for all answer to understanding women but it may help you to do things for them and to let them know that you care and make them feel special. So if you want to know a few ways to help your girlfriend know you care about them read on! And don't argue with me saying I'm just a boy, I was sure to ask my girlfriend before writing this hub. No ones perfect right!

1. Let her know that you have time for her and are willing to make time for her.

This is probably one of the main things to remember when with your girl. Because by doing so lets her know that she is an important part of your life. You shouldn't cancel all of your plans and devote every single waking moment of the day with her nor should you ignore her or cancel on her.

2. Know what to do when she's upset or angry.

Girls can be very different when it comes to emotions. Some spill there heart and some keep it bottled inside. Some of the time when a girl is upset she talks to someone close to her. Yes, that means you. When your girl is upset or angry know how to handle it and know how to make it better. Depending on your girl she might just want to blow some steam or maybe she just wants someone to listen to her.

3. Don't make the same mistake twice.

This is a pretty obvious suggestion. That means when you did something wrong and if hurt her, DON'T DO IT AGAIN.If it hurt her in the first place, it'll probably hurt her again if you do it a second time.

4. Compliment her.

Every now and then a girl likes to be complimented randomly whether they think so or not. Even the most simple compliments can make a girls day. Don't make the mistake of complimenting her 24/7 or saying the same compliment over and over again. Be creative about what you say and most especially mean it.

5. Respect her.

Respect is and always will be a big thing. You should never treat her in a way she doesn't want to be treated.

6. Don't forget special days.

This may sound a little dorky but remembering special days is a good way of letting her know that you remembered why that day is special between both of you or her. Whether its an anniversary or her birthday that day is special.

7. Know what she likes and doesn't like.

Common sense. Knowing what she likes is essential to a relationship. It's a part of her personality and part of who she is. If you don't know what she likes she can feel like you haven't paid her any attention or love. If you do something she doesn't like she can become insulted or hurt. You don't have to know her every single detail but enough to let her know that you've been paying attention. Also, don't be afraid to be involved in what she likes such as cooking or sports.

8. Don't be afraid to initiate actions.

A girl wants to know that she doesn't have to do everything in a relationship. A girl can get tired of always being the first one to call or text or even make the first move. A relationship is a two person job and needs team work. One person can't always be taking on the pressure and the responsibilities of a relationship.

9. Ask her about her day.

A question a girl likes to hear. Sometimes a simple "what’s up" doesn't exactly do the job. This is the time where you should sit down and listen to her. Without knowing how her day went you'll never know if she had a rough day or a good day.

10. Be romantic.

Should be self explanatory. Don't ask how to, I will write another hub on this later though!

Keep in mind, every girl is different and special in every way. That means if your girl isn't all for some of these suggestions then don't do them. These are just a few ways to let your girl know she has a special place in your heart when truly there are a million ways to make your girl feel special.
