Now afterwards try to give yourself a light meal with mostly lean protein. This is because you don't want to ruin your calorie burning potential by giving your body a rush of calories to use. This being said you also don't want your body to start to use muscle tissue as fuel! This is the reason for lean protein to help support your muscles while burning those fat cells!

Get into a routine! Don't just wing it every day when it comes to diet and exercise, this can be a terrible mistake.
