If you spend money on a gym membership or supplements then you will be more likely to stick with it! Invest more than your time, invest your money.

Snacking to lose weight? The way you explain it, it makes sense. No wonder I'm still overweight. I keep trying the "reduce your calories and eat less" technique. I am willing to give your system a try and see if it works better. I get so frustrated when I lose weight for a few weeks, and then level off and stop losing. Even if I stick to the "diet" I maintain my weight on almost no food at all. Even on just 1000 calories a day. Thanks for the weight loss advice. I'm going to give it a try.
Loosing weight is ok.. But after stopping the tips..what will be the result.. I think again back to the same weight..
